Worst nail salon experience ever. I clearly told the worker not to cut my nails, but she did it anyway and was holding my hand by force while cutting. She also cut the skin around my nails in a painful and disgusting way. When I asked for the manager, she refused and started yelling. The manager then showed up, didn’t even witness what happened, and still defended the worker and accused me of lying. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and careless. The manager is useless, and the service is trash. Never coming back.

If I could rate one star I would. I'd liked to say something positive but I paid for a service and 57 dollars later my nails look terrible. Well let me say something positive...Salon looks nice, located in a great place, and the people seemed professional. The level of skill from the tech I had was below mediocre! With out typing the entire series of events... I left, got 1 mine up the road had to go back whole right hand nails where lifting to the point they pilled off when I went back. The manger fixed it. Flew in town for a wedding and went here to get a quick dip manicure. I'm not sure if it's bad product or untrained staff but my nails didn't last more than 2 hours. I went in for a dip manicure and the first tech put dip fully on and took it off FULLY twice. He informed Mr Tim (I believe that was his name) that the product was bad. On the third attempt I said I was fine with gel because I was running late to a wedding. On the third attempt Mr Tin did my nails. They were okay but after spending more than two hours in there, I needed to leave for a wedding. My nails had already started crackling on my drive back to my hotel. It's now 3am as I'm preparing to head home on a flight and there are parts of my nails that are chipped. It's barely been 12 hours since completion. I understand t

First time customer. Not from the Michigan, but was in the area that day and wanted a fresh set. Called prior to showing up to confirm they could take me and told them I wanted Gel-x. When I arrived I was sitting and waiting and started checking the reviews, which didn’t seem to good.. so then I was nervous. I went to table #15. I told the guy I wanted gel-x with a tip. He started applying a tip and sticking it with gel polish not glue. I’ve had gel-x with a tip done prior in Ohio and just thought maybe this was a new technique. He was the expert so I let him do it. Once I got home I realized the tip of the nails was not even sticking to my natural nail. Again I just trusted the process. Mind you gel-x should be similar to an acrylic and last 3-4 weeks.
