I’ve been coming here off and on for 2 years and I’ve never dealt with what I did today. I go in for a soak off. I notice the man started leaving chunks of uneven acrylic on my nails. He filed it smooth like I wouldn’t notice. When I finally said something, he took a large grit hand file(not electric) and started shaving my NATURAL NAIL AWAY! I yanked my hand away in shock. Ended the service told them I no longer trusted their process. I paid for my soak off because I didn’t want them to give me any problems. I was literally in tears as I left. I went to the perfect 10 nail salon right around the corner and they took care of me, and were so kind since I was upset. *if they respond to this review saying anything other than this happened, it’s a straight lie* customer beware!

Fantastic experience. I got deluxe pedicure with gel and it was so nice and clean, the staff were all pleasant to talk to and the care they put into mine and my girlfriends pedicure was awesome. They were gentle, I am relaxed, and the price point was worth it.

It’s been years! Since I got my feet done the only day I was free is a Sunday. They were the only place open. It was an amazing time I will be coming again! Woman who did my feet named Dolly I believe she does a very caring and thorough job highly recommend her. Overall everyone was a treat and I left a Happy lady!

I have had very good times and very bad times at this place! I have had a recent experience and it was not good! I plainly asked for some dipped French tips with a little pinkish color as the base. I had a red headed lady with short hair to do my nails. She has done my nails two times and they have not turned out good! My latest set has the top coat of polish peeling off and it has only been seven days! They do not look like French tips at all! They look like a light pink color! Even though the lady that did my nails was very respectful and had a good personality she could not do nails! I am disappointed of how my nails turned out I expected better!

Bebe was amazing! She did my daughter’s nails for school a few weeks ago, so I decided to go back and have her take off my acrylic and opted for a liquid gel overlay. She did an incredible job and I think I’ve found my new nail tech! So impressed with her service! (Almond nails with design are my daughters, short pink nails are mine)
