May has been doing my nails for the last three years and every set she does for me is amazing. I have moved further from the salon now and will continue driving the 45 minutes to see her every single time. She treats me like family and everyone in the salon is incredibly kind and professional.

Customer service has gone down the drain. I stood on there for 10 minutes and no one noticed even the person at the front desk acknowledged that a customer entered the establishment for services. I wasn’t told there is wait or anything the man just stayed in his cellphone and looked straight ahead as if I was not standing there. 2 weeks prior I went in to do my feet, I wasn’t given the option to select a service or offered a menu to see what kind of pedicure I would like to do. The lady just started filling up the foot soaker with cold water and that’s it. They no longer put anything in the water for a pedicure, just plain water, no foot salts, no bubbles, no foot soaking solution- nothing. While I understand there are options for upgraded pedicures, at basic you shouldn’t be so cheap and

Coco is absolutely amazing! When I started seeing her about 6 months ago I had stubs for nails. She helped me grow out and maintain beautiful nails. I recommend her to friends and coworkers. Whenever I come in with an idea she figures out a way to make it work. She mixes her own colors too! Her prices are very standard for the industry and she is always perfectly on time.
