Luxury Nails & Spa

I went to Luxury Nail and Spa yesterday to get just a fill, and it cost me $72, which already felt really expensive. Less than a day later, my nails are already peeling and lifting, which is super disappointing given the price. I expected way better quality for what I paid. The salon itself was nice, but the results definitely disappointed. Pt2. I returned to have my nail fixed, and while the technician did correct it free of charge, the polish began peeling again just two days later. I’m not sure if it was due to the quality of the polish or the application, but it was disappointing considering the price I paid originally. Additionally, when the technician was fixing my nail, she was noticeably rude to both me and my friend who came with me. Unfortunately, this confirmed the concerns I

4 weeks later, my nails still look amazing! No chipping or peeling. I came here while I was vacationing out of state. Wish this place was closer to me. I didn't get her name, but my tech was so meticulous and took her time with my pedi. Nice atmosphere too. Will definitely return when we come to town again!

They were very accommodating of me for a walk-in. I had builder gel from another salon and Hung removed it and started fresh since it was chipping so much. He was incredibly patient and was able to do the exact design/color I wanted! I’ll be returning!

Excellent job by Hung as usual! I live out of town but frequently visit Myrtle and when I do, this is the salon for me!

Horrible horrible horrible never AGAIN I made an appointment for my mother for a fill in and me a manicure with gel polish….. I got acrylic on my real nails which I have my own real nail I wouldn’t have said manicure and gel polish…so now I have acrylic on my natural nails didn’t ask for….because my mother wanted to add a pedicure she was told 30 minutes to wait. Because she didn’t say it on the phone. You are told what to do at this nail salon. Do not recommend!!! Not to mention your listening to them talk about you and not treated like a paying customer !! Save your money go else where. Money wasted !! The next morning this is what my nails look like and I paid for gel polish! Pictures are hard to tell but it’s they have their money and they don’t seem concerned.
