I was left sitting on my own while my nail stylist went to go help a coworker do a flower design. The workers ignored me while I was there by myself. My sister got stickers done but came out horrible. She was left chunky glue, design fell off. Very overpriced for less quality that you would be expecting! Save your wallets!

Always very nice. Been going here for oveyear now. now. I get the basic pedicure which is very relaxing. Basic is now $40.00 and I always tip $6 or $10.00

My friend and I went in together to get acrylic nails. We got there 5 minutes before our appointment, and waited 25 minutes before we were seated. They had set us separately, so we felt as though we were getting our nails done alone. They had one person doing the acrylic and painting for 4-5 people, and made the wait very long. One of the other workers had glued on the plastic parts and told me it would be quick. About an hour later I was finally sat in the chair to do my acrylics. It was extremely rushed and done very poorly. It hurt quite bad because she was aggressive and kept getting distracted. I had the pleasure of finding Luxury Nail Spa via Google search and I was not disappointed 🙂. The welcoming feeling by the owner Tommy & wife was very comfortable 😊 and did not disappoint with every person who entered their shop. I will be back as I travel this spring/summer in Ludington Michigan. Oh yeah my nails 💅 are beautiful 😍

I am from out of town and wanted my nails done. My nails were done on Sunday and by Wednesday all were broke. So 3 days. Every single one of them broke off. Makes me so mad. Wasted money and I can't enjoy them .
