Luxury Nails Spa

Absolutely the worst nail experience I have ever had. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. My nails are in worse shape than they were going on. It looks like a 5 year old painted my nails.

don’t know why people diss this place so much, i had an older shorter man help me and he did a PHENOMENAL job… i my own nails usually and am picky as all hell, didn’t even have to ask him to fix anything once, and i feel like 55$ for a solid color acrylic really isn’t pricy

First time here and I was pretty pleased. My gel fill-in and pedicure turned out pretty good. I do wish the nail tech was a bit neater with cleaning the polish off the side of my nails but over all I was satisfied. They do serve wine and water and the location is easy to find. I definitely would come back here and I was also satisfied with how much I paid. You do get your money’s worth here. It’s very nice and pleasant on the inside also.

My 3 adult daughters and myself had a 10:30 appointment for pedicures. We had to wait til almost 11. One daughter was treated terribly by an older man. He threw a fit about her calluses just being dry skin. He held her foot up in the air and said to the girl next to him , " I could rub this all day and it won't change the skin." He threw down his utensils. He made a scene. My daughter was quite upset and told him to stop. He kept making a scene and getting her more upset. The staff did nothing. The man then pushed his cart away. Finally the manager came over and whispered to him, not English. He got up, walked away and said he wasn't doing it anymore. No one would come to finish her. She sat there almost an hour before someone else took care of her... no apologies. Still charged her fu

Absolutely the WORST nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff doesn’t bother to greet you, and one woman flat-out ignored me even after I spoke to her three separate times. Instead, she chose to argue loudly with a co-worker in front of customers until someone else had to break it up. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. To make it worse, they play favorites and change their prices based on who you are — pure bias and discrimination. If you’re looking for respect, relaxation, or basic human decency, don’t waste your time or money here.
