I don’t play about my money and neither should you! My experience here was nothing short of horrible. I asked for a pedicure and full set service. Starting off with my pedicure, it was short. There was no real attention to detail, I felt as if I was being rushed out of the chair and my French tips were all crooked. Moving on to my full set. I was charged extra for acrylic even though normally all full sets are done in acrylic which I still can’t wrap my head around. The application was terrible. You could tell that the beads were very runny. It’s almost as if they were skimping out on using product then no matter how many times my nails were reshaped they were all crooked different sizes & different shapes. I asked for a square. The experience was ok but not great I got a no chip polish for my toes and hands and they charged me $74 for it. First off wayyyyyy too expensive for something that doesn’t involve acrylic or anything other than my natural nail. Also the paint job on my nails was sloppy, nail polish was overusing my cuticle. I got them done on a Thursday and literally Monday of the following week they were chipping on both my toes and hands what the heck that wasn’t even a full week. At that point u could have gotten regular polish and paid less. Not happy wouldn’t recommend

I'm giving this place two stars because the people are nice, but I caught a fungus here on my nail and I had to go to the hospital and get antibiotics. I got my nails done 5 days ago and it was hurting when I left the shop but it got worse. These are nice people but you provide a service and it's supposed to be clean and no one should catch a fungus

What I received was not only rushed and sloppy, but honestly embarrassing to walk out with. The gel polish is uneven, patchy, and poorly applied. You can clearly see streaks, lifting at the edges, and product bleeding onto my skin — not to mention the bubbled texture and incomplete coverage. Even worse, it looks like the technician didn’t prep the nail beds properly. The polish is already lifting and peeling, and it’s only been a day. My big toe was left with clumpy product near the cuticle, and my pinky toe looks like they gave up entirely. This is not what gel polish should look like, especially considering how much more it costs compared to regular polish. A gel pedicure is supposed to last, be smooth, and look professional — none of those things were delivered. Save your money and yo

Terrible and rude customer service! There’s a reason why their shop is always empty. Linda told me she could get my nails done only for her to do rubbish on my nails. I complained about how terrible the nails were done and she got so angry and started speaking her language to her coworkers. The staff started eyeing me and speaking their language and refused to provide service. They charged me $71 for these ugly claws they put on my fingers! These people are sick charging high prices for nails they can’t do and get angry and rude towards any customer who complains. They won’t be getting my money ever again. They all don’t know how to do nails. Their older male staff drills my nails until it gets to the skin! Save your money and go somewhere else
