got a set of basic french tip acrylics, literally not even half an hour after leaving my left pinky nail was BURNING. and i mean completely on fire. i’d get my arm comfortable and then move it on accident and shooting pain would be sent up my hand and arm again. i went right back to get the nail removed because i literally couldn’t focus on anything but the pain. instead of an immediate acetone soak, he tried to clip it and file it off while i was shaking from the pain it was causing in the chair. i genuinely considered taking a trip to the emergency room before the salon. when the male tech took the nail off, he immediately offered to put a GEL-X tip on my injured nail. i told him no as it was still burning and he offered i come in the next day. i got home and realized my nail was complet

They got me in for fill and pedicure quick - no wait. But, very run down and not clean . I usually go to ProNails but they were closed for holidays - 10+ days!m (tooo long to wait) . I Got a fill and would give that service 6/10. Grandson got 1st ever pedicure - If he doesn’t get infection would rate 6/10. They definitely need to clean up the place which may help clients feel higher level of sanitary. Nice enough people! Wouldn’t go back.

UNSANITARY. Contaminated tools galore. This place is an infection waiting to happen. They do not follow proper protocols for infection control. They re-use ONE USE ONLY items from customer to customer. Disposable toe separators, buffers, nail files etc. Even the tools that are not disposable such as metal drills or callus removers are not sanitized between clients. Zero barbicide in site. Not to mention they CHARGE you 10 dollars extra for “shape”. Since when is shaping the nails an add on ???? Stay away from here if you care about your health.

Got a full set of acrylic nails done today. My thumb nail is slanted, I got a French tip ish design and asked for a nude base and told me no that I was getting pink asked for a specific red and ended up giving me orange. Asked to change the color said js didnt have time ajd had to pay 80 dollars 😐

This used to be the best place for pedicures in helena. Sadly not anymore. Grunder taken to my toenails to get the polish off instead of the foil like normal. I tried to tell him no but he insisted. Then was going to use Drexel on my toenails in spite of my protests. I tried to put my foot that was not being worked on back in the water but was told no. Finally got up and walked out. Hopefully they get it together and get their quality back. A relaxing day turned into having to either have my toenails ground on or find another salon.sad.
