I’ve been coming to Luxury Nails for a couple of years now, and they always do a wonderful job. The team is so genuinely friendly, happy, and accommodating every single time. But recently, Kim took it above and beyond! Even without speaking English, she made me feel like such a valued client. Her patience, attention to detail, and the way she made sure I was comfortable the entire time was beyond words. Actions truly speak louder than words, and hers said it all. My whole family loves Luxury Nails. Sometimes even my husband tags along for a pedicure! I’ve tried other salons in the area, but none compare. Luxury Nails and Spa is the place to go! They have great customer service, are very clean and have a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone that works there is absolutely amazing. Their prices are are very reasonable. And they will do anything they can to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Cindy is absolutely amazing with pedicures, she is the only person I will go to. She never leaves me unsatisfied. But all the ladys and guys are amazing there. Definitely would give them 10+ ⭐️

Terrible and horrible customer service, they don’t treat black people well as they do to the white folks. They don’t think you understand what they’re saying in their language but some of us are translators or people that speak more than one language and can understand everything they be speaking on in their language. They’re extremely rude, terribly rude just beyond RUDE!! One of the employees saw this plus size black lady walk in and immediately shouted “OI” and shocked her head and had her eyes widened the whole time while staring at this lady up and down. I can’t and will not recommend this salon to my friends or my worst enemies. They over price so much but their work isn’t even good enough to be pricing the way they do. I got my nails done here 1/16 here , I got the gel nail polish not even a week they are starting to lift up and peel off .
