Luxury nails Spa

I always feel bad writing bad reviews, but I left the salon feeling embarrassed of my set. I don't normally go short and I decided to this time because of the work I do. My acrylics are so thick, under my nails and all around felt crusty, and polish on my skin. The shape also doesn't look like the shape I asked for in the inspo pic. I don't have a backbone to speak up, but paid $55 for this set I absolutely hate. 😭

I was a walk in to the shop on Friday. Requested Octavia. She did a fabulous job on my pedicure! However, I picked the dark Pink from the color book. Octavia brought the polish and began polishing my feet. I told her the color did not look like Pink, but she insisted that it was a dark Pink. When I got outside to check the color, it was not the color I pick, and it was a red orange not a pink as I request. I am a little saddened by the fact that she insisted it was the correct color, even when I insisted that it was not the proper color. I live out of town and was not able to return and have this matter corrected.

Myself and my bestie have been lookin for a spot close to work and found this. Tiffany was super sweet and did a great job on my nails. You could tell she wanted to take her time and get it the way I wanted and patient with my quirkiness. I wanted fun, simple and classy at the same time so this was perfect for me. P.S.: Just got them done so ill update this if they don't hold up but I think they will!!!

FINALLY! a place I am happy with... I have been back in Hampton Roads since Feb. 2018. I have been to a dozen different nail salons and none of them came close to making me happy! Thank you so much Christina for doing an awesome job on my dip powder manicure!! You took the time to make my nails beautiful 😍. I have finally found my forever nail salon!!

I started coming here maybe 3 years ago…I loved it. Now I don’t, every time I go there is a difference in price and I get the same thing every three weeks. I’m sure it’s family owned but each and every one of the nail techs are rude other than I think Tavia and Liam. They aren’t how they use to be years ago. They dont speak, they don’t talk to you and if they do they talk to you as if you are annoying them and the nail maintenance isn’t the best anymore. I’m sure they have hundreds of clients but I will not be back. I don’t pay my money for people to rush my set.
