I am a frequent visitor and normally enjoy my experience here. I treat all employees with respect, have never had confrontation and I over tip. The experience from today has me questioning if I want to return. If you visit, do your best to avoid the elderly woman that works there. She asked what I was there for and as I sat immediately started trying to convince me of several different upsells. As I just wanted a basic normal pedicure I decline politely. You can see her attitude change, very snippy and rushed through the whole pedicure, by the time it was the end she was barely going through the motions and very obvious she was annoyed. I wanted to give this place a chance because it's incredibly beautiful in the inside, but that's all that there is to it . There was not anything luxury about my experience here she did my pedicure in less then 30 minutes. It felt extremely rushed. anywhere else I get a pedicure it last a good 45min-1hr. They don't put plastic down before you put your feet in. There was no soap in the water. They did not sterilized their equipment.Then my nails looked sloppy afterwards like it wasnt cleaned up, nail polish on the side of some toes and when I asked her to clean them up, she became upset. the guy told me that it's 10 for removal for my acrylics and when I get up to the counter they say it's 15, which isn't a big deal but it not fair to tell customers one price and give another. i liked this place but my past 2 times in the last month left me unsatisfied , my nails at first just didn’t like them honestly but the second time they were just messy looking , i asked for it to be sharp and square and i kept telling her it was a little messy but the more she tried to fix it the more black nail polish would go everywhere. there was a point they were laughing and pointing at my nails which made me uncomfortable .

Honestly I used to come here years ago and the place was awesome! Now it’s gone down hill. All my nails are messed up, thick, all cut up and have the residue all over. I mentioned multiple times i was not happy and still was charged 52$ for this set. I will NOT be returning.
