Luxury Nails

Found my new nail place! I’ve been here in the last few months and every time has been great! The staff is always welcoming. It’s always super clean and I love how organized the polishes are. It makes it easier to pick a color. LAN is a master at designs!!

The lady that did my nails was really rude when I called her out for being rushy and lazy on my nail design. She kept on trying to gaslight me saying that it looked like the photo knowing that it didn't. It was a simple design. Nothing too complicated and she still chooses to be lazy with nails. Btw I was a new customer when this happened. Not worth 75 dollars for this

Terrible service. I pulled the owner to the side privately to let her know that I was not satisfied with this and this was unacceptable. She told me I should have picked a different nail tech in her salon. How was I supposed to know she had people that didn’t know how to do nails and why would they sit down and do my nails, knowing that they didn’t know what they were doing? She then blamed me like I was being problematic. Instead of taking accountability, she asked me not to come back. I won’t be returning anyway. I tried to keep the conversation as private as possible due to the fact, I’m not into embarrassing anyone. As I was exiting the salon, she made a huge scene in front of her customers like I was the problem. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone!!!

I love long nails but everywhere I go I always end up breaking one within the first few days, my nails here are so sturdy and I love them! The crystals I had glued on are staying as well, highly recommend!

This was my first time here and I went in right when they open right when I got off of work. A guy with glasses did my nails he was very nice and very gentle but I showed him a picture of nails I wanted but, He didn’t take his time at all he added new things to my nails that wasn’t in the picture. I told him I want medium size nails but he gave me super small nails. And at that point I couldn’t say anything. I spent $50 for my nails that I’ve been wanting to get done for weeks now and they come out to be awful. On the picture the design had thin lines.The lines he gave me on my nails were to thick half of my nails aren’t even the same size. And I asked for the shape square like the picture but it looks more like rounded.
