Luxury Nails

I’ve been going here since I was a sophomore in highschool, I’m now a freshman in college. I absolutely love it here, everyone has always been so friendly and so nice. I’ve come here for so long now whenever me and my mom come in they always greet us with our names. My nails have never come off, and I’m very tough on my nails. The service is always great I go to Cici and she’s always been very quick with my nails. I usually always make an appointment, but I’ve walked in too and still always have a great experience. Great and affordable nail place in EC!!!

Love coming here! They do such a great job every time and are very sweet. They are also pretty fast compared to other places I've tried. It's usually on slightly more than an hour for me to get a full gel manicure and pedicure. They can definitely get busy but will always try to fit you in if they can!

I really wanted to like this place because it’s convenient and I know they have a loyal following, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. This was the first time I’ve ever left a nail salon feeling embarrassed by how my nails looked. The work was uneven and far too thick—and to make matters worse, it was done by the owner. When I politely pointed it out, she became defensive rather than receptive. The pedicure was nicely done, but overall, the experience felt rushed. Lynn was juggling too many things at once, which affected the quality of the service. I won’t be returning. Many salons claim to offer Gel-X, but few actually have the skill to do it well. Sadly, this felt like $100 wasted.

I came in for a pedicure, Gel-X removal, and a gel manicure. The pedicure was terrible—just cutting and filing. When I asked for cuticle care, she barely pushed at them without actually doing anything. After asking twice, she finally used clippers and cut skin that shouldn’t have been cut. By the next day, my gel manicure was peeling, cracking, and breaking. When I called the salon, I was told it was because my nails are “thin” and that they couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t happen again. That’s simply not true—I’ve had gel many times with no issues. I went to another salon and was told the gel hadn’t been cured properly. I’ve had the new manicure for two days now with zero problems. This was poor service, poor technique, and zero accountability.
