I had such a great experience at Luxury Nail Laredo today! The salon is super clean, elegant, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and professional. I got an set with a touch of crystal design — it looks classy and flawless! The nail technician was very gentle and paid great attention to detail, especially with the cuticle work. What I appreciated most was how they made me feel truly taken care of, not just like another walk-in. Definitely coming back again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and luxury in one place.

Awesome customer service! I never ever EVER get my nails done, so I had no idea what I was even going in to ask for haha! But I went in and I was immediately welcomed and asked what I wanted. I had been growing out my nails so I just wanted them painted as the reference picture I had brought (which is the last photo). That was all and no touching of the cuticles and they completely respected that! Which was awesome! My nail tech was Su or Sue (not sure how to spell it 😅) she was great, gentle with my nails and super friendly and very attentive, sooo helpful! I was asking her what she thought looked best since she is the pro and I followed all her suggestions! And that was the right choice, because they ended up exactly how I wanted! I wanted round nails with the same color scheme/design as

I got my pedicure by Crystal, she was super nice and they came it really good. My manicure by Kim, they came out super good and she was really fast! Definitely will come again!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, one of the worst service I ever had in Laredo Texas. I went to get a pedi and fillin acrylic nails done. I started off with my nails never made it to do my pedi, and the male nail- tech that sits in the back table on the first chair on the right started doing my nails. He was very rude, kept asking me questions on why I’m here in Laredo etc, after that I told him I want my nails cut a little short , without even asking how short he just started cutting all finger nails off with super low. Then when I tried to tell him about it, he got mad at me telling this is what I ask for and this is what I’m going to get. I was confused on why he was making it seem like it was fault the. After that I ask for particular color for my nails and the nail tech dec
