UPDATE: The salon owner responded publicly and accused us of fabricating concerns to avoid paying. That accusation is incorrect. We paid in full for the services at the time of the appointment. My review simply reflects what occurred during our visit. I believe customers should be able to share honest experiences without being personally attacked.I am disappointed with the service my elderly mother and I received. My mother, who lives in Eagle Mountain and recently had surgery, scheduled this appointment as a small pampering experience after ongoing medical challenges. Unfortunately, the visit did not meet reasonable expectations for professionalism, sanitation, service quality, or billing accuracy. She requested an acrylic fill but was charged for a new Gel-X full set. No new tips were a

SOOOO GOOD OMG!! I had Tommy and he went above and beyond!! The nails are absolutely stunning and I definitely recommend and will be coming back. He listened to every suggestion and critique in the moment and the end result is insanely good

I love it here. The people are so nice and accommodating and make you feel good. They’re all so sweet. I almost passed out one time and had to ask to stop and sit off to the side, they were so understanding and made sure I was okay and taken care of. They even put a cold rag on the back of my neck. Good people, you can tell they really care. They also do a great job with manicures and pedicures. My nails always look good and I get compliments ❤️

I had an amazing experience today. Ashley absolutely nailed it. I showed her an inspo photo and she matched it exactly while making it look even cleaner and more polished. She checked in with me at every step to make sure I loved the shape, the color, and the tiny details, and she was so kind the whole time. The gentleman at the front desk who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming, which made everything easy. My nails look perfect and I felt really cared for from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back

Found Ashley on fb market for a lash appt. Place was super easy to find on maps staff is very accommodating and lashes turns out great: my welcome visit I decided to book a mani and pedi after my lash appt and it turned out great as well. Highly recommend!
