Luxury Nails

When I say run don’t walk from this place I mean it , I came to Douglas from out of town this is my home town I got the worst nails done I have ever had before and now I have an infection starting in my left thumb nails and when I called the owner he said oh well that’s not my problem and said you can do whatever you want . This was classless , poor customer service and most of all disrespectful and dismissive and I will it settle for this . This shop needs to be blasted for sub standard work and lack of integrity. They take our money and then. When you complain they dismiss you !!!!

They were very friendly and very nice and clean but my nails were done sooo bad! My nails were longer and he filed them down to nothing! Also got it all over my skin and missed so much of my nails! I was pretty happy with the young girls pedicure that she did. She took her time and done a good job and was gentle!

My daughter got her first set of nails, she’d been begging me for a while, I wasn’t sure how well it would work with her fingers being so small. But they did amazing!! I have 1 happy girl 🙏🏼

This place is WONDERFUL!! Lee done my nails, and then had a lady paint them. They were so sweet, friendly, made me feel at home, and I LOVE MY NAILS!!!!! He was attentive to detail, and careful where my thumb is bandaged up. The place was clean. Maybe waited 5 minutes to be seen, if that. I WILL be going back to them for my nail needs in the future.

The worst set of nails i have ever had done and i wanted them soaked off and a fresh set well he disnt want to do that then you tell them they dont look good and they start talking about you in their language. He rushed thru doing my nails. Just all around poor service
