Luxury Nails and Spa

As soon as i walked in, they were ready to help me. I was the only customer at the time. The place seemed clean, but I didn't look around much. The station I was sitting at was a bit sticky, though. It was extremely quiet, no TV, no music, no conversation. I wasn't offered a drink at all either. The guy did a pretty good job with the main part of my nails, then a young lady took over with the nail design. She worked off an inspiration photo i brought in. Overall, I was happy with the outcome, but it was very quiet. Also, as soon as I left, they closed the shop. About 2 hours early. Photo taken at home.

I usually have my place to go get my nails done but two nights ago I was in rush that was the only place open till eight and I’ve got the worst experience ever. The man did my nails wrong and Very messed up I got back today to get them fixed. The lady were so aggressive talking to me even though I talk to her nicely she did them so bad and she literally asked me next time to do them yourself at home because she thinks that I was pick up my pictures and you see the messed up she wasted my time and I have to go to work. I have to leave with those messed up nails again, if you looking for a nice nails, this is not your place

I went in to get a new set. Told the guy that I wanted the overlay removed, new overlay with a new color. He didn't listen and literally tore the overlay and my nail off. If I could I'd give them a zero. How hard is it to listen to the customer instead of thinking that you know what's best for my nails?? Never again. As you can see I don't use nails just the overlay.

I paid 105 for shellac pedi and dip nails. I got them done on Saturday afternoon today is Tuesday morning and 5/10 nails are chips. I had some chipped on Sunday as well. The staff were super nice.
