Luxury Nails and Spa

They are always fast to serve with walk ins and offer a ton of refreshments. They also offer eyelashes, eye brows and a head spa! It’s my new go-to. I went in today for a fill and they have all of their customers a Christmas present of coupons and cuticle oil, so sweet! Plus it’s super clean and never smells overpowering of chemicals.

Unfortunately, I had 2 bad experiences here. My tech cut me both times, I asked her to clean underneath my nails and to glue the contact point of my natural nails to the acrylic--she said No? My french manicure turned yellow both times; and the cost for a fill and clear gel polish was $45. I know things have gone up but I definitely did not get what I paid for...I won't be back

Great service! I'm going back. My nail tech [Nina] is GREAT! Love this place. I get the works done at a very reasonable price. I went today to get my nails done and Nina did a fabulous job! She gave me a little holiday flair for Halloween! I get the powder dip system and she did the design with the powder. She does a great job, go see her!

I got my nails done yesterday March 22, 2021 for my boyfriends birthday I was super excited and I loved my nails she did a great job even though it was a little pricey ($65) it was totally worth it. So worth it that I still tipped her $20 so my total charge was $85 no problem I take out my debit card and she runs it for $85 I sign her receipt it says $85. Later that night I am checking my bank account for the transactions that I did that day and luxury nail pops up with a pending transaction of $102 not the $85 that I authorized. This will probably be long but I’m disappointed in the work done. My friend & I made appointments for us to get a manicure & pedicure for 12:30 yesterday afternoon. We arrived right at 12:30 & were told to choose a polish, so we assumed we would be seen right away or at least soon. When we sat down I noticed the sign that said 20% off any service, so I thought why not get my feet done too. I asked the ladies if they had time to do my feet too & they gladly said yes but ended up waiting for an hour until someone started working on us. They could’ve told us to come in at 1:30 instead of 12:30 if they were that busy, we would’ve been okay with that.
