Luxury Nail Spa

While my toes look great… I felt like amount of care wasn’t all there. My feet are still fairly rough and I feel like the extra price for hot stone wasn’t worth it for the 2 minutes they did. On a second note- The gentleman who did my shoulder massage hurt me more than helped… And I have physical marks on me from where he was more pinching than rubbing. I will add the photo. 2 hours later and I’m still sore. It’s really unfortunate because I did love how the look and atmosphere was and how kind they seemed at first.

I will not be returning. The past two visits, I specifically requested regular polish instead of gel on my toes. Both times — and especially this most recent visit — the technician’s demeanor completely changed the moment I declined gel. After that, anything I said was met with eye rolls, huffing, and visible frustration. It’s frustrating to feel uncomfortable simply for choosing a service that is clearly listed and offered. If regular polish isn’t something the salon wants to provide, it shouldn’t be presented as an option. Professionalism and basic courtesy should not depend on whether or not a client upgrades to gel. This was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I won’t be back.

The staff here are very friendly and the services are top notch! Very attentive. The salon is extremely clean. Highly recommend this salon!

The pedicure service was minimal although I requested the luxury pedicure. My feet were not oiled and I had to ask for oil to put on my skin because it was dry. The focus was upselling me gel polish for my feet rather than giving me a good pedicure. I got a full set and two days later my nails look like I need a refill. Tammy did not apply enough acrylic to my nails. This was my first time there, I will not be back. I must say the esthetics of the shop is nice.
