As someone with a very demanding schedule, I am quite selective about the businesses I visit, as it is essential that my appointments run smoothly and provide a high-quality experience. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and truly appreciated the investment you have made in luxury massage chairs. Since I often work while receiving a pedicure, the comfort of the chair is vital; I found that it provided excellent back support and a great massage. The feature allowing my feet to be lifted during the cleaning process was also a fantastic touch. Additionally, I enjoyed the option to upgrade the service to include wine and snacks, which added a lovely premium feel to the experience. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for a pedicure and asked the technician specifically not to cut my nails too short, but she did anyway. She was also extremely rough while working around my cuticles and actually cut me, causing me to bleed. When I told her she was hurting me and that I was bleeding, she just looked confused and didn’t address it. During the service, the hot towels weren’t even warm. When I mentioned it, she simply shrugged. The lotion massage was also very rough and painful even after I told her it hurt. When it came time for the gel polish, the application looked very messy—polish was everywhere, including along the sides of my toes. When I asked if she could clean it up and make it neater, she told me she still had another coat to apply. H

My daughter treated me to a pedicure this morning (it had been a while for both of us!). The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was stunning and the results were amazing! We will both return to this location!

That older lady with jet black wavy hair who walks around thinking she can just be lazy (back in 2017) will REGRET IT if she ever touches my feet again. She kept talking to another customer while PARTIALLY massaging my feet, even though she can tell it was bothering me. She BETTER NOT try that again.
