Luxury Nail Spa

I did not have a pleasant experience. Minus the almost hour and half wait, the service I received was not good. I asked for a manicure and gel polish. The manicure was lacking. She left skin and cuticle around my nails, even after me pointing out an area on my thumb. The color I requested was no where close to what I wanted. The polish was also a very light shade. She should have put at least 3 coats but only put 2. My nails are very streaky and several light spots. I'm only a little over a week in and they look horrible. I will not be going back.

Very clean nail salon. I went in to get the dip polish removed from my finger nails and they helped me right away. Great location and easy to find. Lots of color choices for manicures or pedicures. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The nails that she did were phenomenal! She took a photo of I what I wanted get and did exactly that. She was also very nice. The only bad part was that you can use a credit card but you have to pay 3 dollars extra. I definitely recommend this place!!

Short staff all the time I tried to go there do my nails, waiting time is ridiculous, you are waiting and waiting and waiting forever !!!!!!! Do not recommend very unprofessional

They did not remove the dead skin from my feet. They did not offer any different pedicure services, just the basic. The experience was not personal. I am here from out of town working, and I will never come back to this location if I come back to Rome, Georgia again.
