Luxury Nail Spa NW

I went to this nail salon expecting a professional service, and it was the complete opposite. My nails were crooked, poorly filed, and had no proper shape at all. Gel was painted onto my skin, showing a clear lack of care and cleanliness. I clearly asked for NO acrylic, yet acrylic was applied anyway. On every nail where a tip was placed, there were visible gaps left underneath. When I politely asked for those gaps to be filled with gel, the technician became upset, spoke to me rudely, and refused, saying they would not fix it. Instead of correcting the issue, she applied an excessive amount of glue, leaving my fingers stuck together, which caused pain when trying to separate them. Lee did an amazing job on my nails and Nancy did a great job on my toes. Both were so meticulous and took great care. Thanks for the kindness of everyone in the shop. It was my first time and I will be back.

So dissatisfied and disappointed I will not be coming back. All I wanted was a simple red French tip. Paid $61 I didn’t like it came back for a redo didn’t like the French tip the other nail tech did ended up paying 20 more!! They’re lucky I didn’t walk out. Couldn’t get the French tip so decided to go with just red. The owner doesn’t care. Told me I can go somewhere else basically and find another nail tech. If you know your nail techs can’t do a basic French tip then maybe you should do a class. It’s unfortunate because I’ve been coming here for a while. I should’ve took a picture of the french tip it looked horrible. And if the owner knows she can do French tip the best and if someone comes in asking about a French tip maybe you should do it!!

This is my Sixth time coming here and they always take great care of me, and I love how they pay great attention to detail. Sammi is the best, she is always so sweet and welcoming and does phenomenal work! I would highly recommend Luxury Nail Spa NW to anyone and everyone!

Amazing!!! Love this place. I get my gel x sets done here with Ben and he is always giving me the best quality. Does amazing nail art and always gets my shape correct. Takes the extra time to make sure I walk out happy. Also very accomodating.
