Honestly one of the most disappointing nail experiences I’ve had in a while. Got a full set and the gentleman who did them honestly could not do the design I requested (black French tip). I was constantly having to tell him to clean them up and when I asked him to clean up the line with a brush the lady jumped in saying it was going to be more money. I have much more respect for a nail artist who tell me they simply can’t do a design instead of butchering it. The gel power itself was not applied properly and was over my cuticles (which were not prepped or pushed back). Got them doesn’t last Tuesday so they last exactly a week and one day when normally they would last me at LEAST 3 weeks. I went to. this establishment and received, Great service, they do the usual, what are you getting, pick a color, wait was about 10-15 minutes at the time which I didn’t mind. I had a full set take off and a overlay for my actual nails, overall it was a great experience, they offer drinks as you wait, such as water, wine or soda. My Technician was Great, at the end the owner said anytime for repair or anything comeback. Overall a great service, finished with a hand massage, some services are finished with a warm towel.

I went to luxury twice to get my nails done. The first time I went I got white tips with gel. $45. The lady that did my nails did not file them evenly and the gel began to lift around the base of nails within a couple of days. None of my nails were correctly shaped and she hurt my fingers several times while filing. Yesterday I went back for a fill-in thinking if I did not see the same person my experience would be different. IT WAS WORSE. I wanted matte nails that were supposed to be ballerina shaped. She caked on nail polish and it did not even look matte. My nails are not filed right AGAIN even after I pointed it out to her and this fill was $35. Do not go to them!!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I went to get eye lashes done by Tammy, the glue was so strong it took out my real lashes, while she was doing my eyes, she stopped in the mist of doing them to go see about another customer. I had to call her back, the glue was burning so much I told her to take them off. Whatever chemical she used to take off the lashes seeped in my eyes and made them feel like they were on fire, I could not see. It took me an hour of waiting & trying to get my eyes normal enough to drive home. Tammy and the other lady in the salon was extremely unprofessional. I love going to Luxury Nails & Spa! My manicurist Kevin and his beautiful wife Ms. Jennie both do such a wonderful job when they do my nails and pedicure! I will not go to any other nail salon!
