I’m so disappointed. I came here on Thursday and the service was awful. Firstly when I came in I was given a seat, I put my drink in the cup holder and told the I guess manager who sat me that I was going to use the restroom. When I came back he was sitting someone else in my seat where my drink was! I was then moved, instead of her, to another chair and had to wait longer to be serviced. Not fair. Then the person who did my nails did a horrible job. My nails look like bird talons. He hand filed my nails instead of using a drill and they are so ugly. I showed him and the lady doing my toes what I wanted, a simple pink French tip and the execution was so ugly. As if they were not the professionals. My service was rushed per usual. I thought if I came in when they first opened on a weekday

The otter disappointment that I had coming here is honestly horrific. First of all the service was way too fast and way to rough. For charging me. Almost $130. This is horrific my toes look disgusting and my hands look horrific. How do you still Want me to Feel like they’re pretty, when there’s nail polish all over my hands. Dust all over my hands, my toes. The cuticles aren’t even cut. There was no massage like it stated in the pamphlet.the lady who did my toes was filling them so fast with the machine removing old polish she hurt me. I had to requested her to trim my nails down because nothing was done. No shaping to my toes NOTHING AND THEN SHE SAYS THEY LOOK PRETTY RIGHT 🤨. Honestly, I would never recommend coming here unless you want Rushed and overprice nails.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I went in for a simple take-off and full set with short French tip nails and a basic pedicure, and somehow walked out paying $182 for very basic work. The biggest issue is that none of these extra charges were explained to me before or during the service. I was charged a $7 take-off fee, $15 for gel polish, and an additional $7 for French tips — for BOTH my hands and feet — without any upfront discussion of pricing. On top of that, they added a $7 “cut down” fee, even though I did not request or need any cut down service at all. During my pedicure, the technician pointed out a small chip on my big toenail and asked if she could place “a little acrylic” to shape it. Update: 11/13/2025 I’ve been a regular customer at this nail shop and often drive 30–60 minutes to get here. Michelle consistently does good work, but her attitude has been a recurring concern. I’ve tried to overlook it, but after five visits and spending close to $200 each time, it’s becoming difficult to ignore. During my most recent appointment, the service felt rushed and dismissive. The nails were fine, but the experience overall was not what I expect at this price point. For that reason, I’ve decided not to return to this location. I love this place. Michelle is the bomb. This was my first time here and I was really hoping I loved it and had a great experience. I took my daughter with me and upon arriving to the salon we immediately told them we wanted Cat eye polish, they said okay we can do it and told me to look at the different colors. Once my full set was completed Don attempted to do the cat eye, he was not successful then another lady tried and she was unable to do it as well. She also told me that each nail will not be the same & I told her I have seen plenty of cat eye polish and they are usually all the same.
