Luxury Nail Bar In Turkey Creek

I usually love this place but the girl who I used was booked up so I had a young guy nail tech that butchered my nails. He messed up the ovaly shape the girl had done previously and made them pointed, I had him remove the points a little cause it’s not what I wanted and charged me for pointed of course. Half of my nails are crooked and lopsided! One of my thumbs is so obviously crooked it’s almost embarrassing. The color is pretty but he really just needs more practice on shaping cause these are just not worth the money I paid for them. He cut 3 different fingers and they bled. Just not a good experience. I travel a good ways to come to this nail salon so I’m frustrated. The older man did beautifully on my 8 year old daughters manicure though, that’s the only reason I didn’t leave 1 star.

HORRIBLE NAIL SALON! I asked for a SOAK OFF. With a soak of my nails should have been soaked for 20 minutes at minimum. she soaked them for 5 minutes, drilled the top layer off then ripped the remaining off with a nail tip. In the process she ripped of 2 of my natural nails. I stated that I no longer wanted the service and was told “your nails are thin”. I pointed out the fact that she ripped my previous SnS off and caused me to bleed. She still asked me to get serviced w/ obvious open skin which is an obvious health code violation. I declined and was charged $10 for a “soak off”. PHOTOS ATTACHED FOR PROOF

Extremely sweet, offered beverages upon sitting. Tammy took her time and I really enjoyed it. My daughter got acrylic white tip and was extremely pleased as well. She made sure I was okay with the shape and size since she’s only 12. Everyone there was polite and overall very pleased! Will be back!

Worst pedicure I have ever had. They had a party of four come in right when I started my pedicure. My tech pretty much blew me off to figure out how to get these people seated. She kept apologizing to me after leaving me several times. She did a 10- second foot scrub and a very short thigh massage. Every time someone would get up to leave, she left me to get their payment. I didn’t get the full 30 minutes that I paid for. (Not to mention I thought I would treat myself to a long overdue pedicure since it was my birthday today). I had been going to them for quite sometime, but they seem more concerned with getting people in and out the door as quick as possible rather than providing the customer with the quality care they deserve. I will never go back to them.

Julie & Hai are amazing. I’ve had poor experiences at other nail salons in the past and Julie never disappoints. I religiously get my nails done by her and the shape always comes out perfect & the retention is amazing. I definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.
