Been once and coming back for more and wanting to tell everyone out there looking for an awesome place to become "beautified" here it is at Luxury Beauty Concept. The staff is awesome, place is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. You feel like you have met new best friends..... the moment you walk in the door. Oh gee and when you leave...... You'll look and feel so good you'll have a big smile on that beautiful face of yours. (^;

My favorite stylists! Julia has been doing mine and several family members hair for over a decade now. She is an amazing colorist as well as fabulous person. Julia & Mary are the heart of this long established salon and I can't imagine going to anyone else for my hair care needs!

Wonderful experience, called to get a quick spray tan and they were able to accommodate my fast schedule, were professional, so nice and explained everything in great detail! Will definitely use them again!!

I am very upset with the way that my family and I were treated. We have left multiple voice messages through out the last 7 months (since moving to Wytheville) and even scheduled 3 appointments online and never received a returned call. We wondered if it was because of us having out of state phone numbers was the reason why we were not called back. I finally got them to answer (from a local phone number) early in the morning and was told to expect a call back later that day, which also never happened. I called back the next day and when the lady answered the phone, she said, "oh, you are the out of towners." Then I was told they were booked for upcoming weeks. I do not understand why this information was not shared with me the day before. It was either they were already fully booked or the
