Luxurious Nail Spa

Today, I visited visited Luxurious Nails in Bedford, NH, and overall, I had a nice pedicure experience. The chairs have leg lifts that they used while applying pumice, which added comfort. The technician dedicated a solid 10 minutes to working on my heels, which was fantastic, rather than just a quick two-minute scrub. She was slow and patient, with great attention to detail, and the massage felt genuine; not just rubbing the salt scrub or lotion in. Upon sitting down, they also offered a menu of complimentary drinks, enhancing the overall experience. However, I was taken aback by the gel pricing. The basic pedicure was priced at $45, which is reasonable, but there was a $20 up charge for gel application, specifically using DND Gel. I declined the gel due to pricing seems unreasonable. Af

Today was my fifth time at Luxury Nail Spa in Bedford! I absolutely love it here, between the atmosphere, friendliness and cleanliness of the salon. I had my nails done by Winnie today, who’s done them for me in the past. She’s so talented and truly takes the time to make sure they’re perfect. Compared to other salons in town, they take their time here and it’s an enjoyable and relaxing experience. I walk in trusting that my nails i’ll come out great. Make an appointment with Winnie, she’s amazing!!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had such a painful experience at Luxurious Nail Spa in Bedford today that I feel obligated to warn others. I’m currently a full-time college student who also attends nail school at night in Manchester to get my manicure license, so I understand proper sanitation, technique, and how nail services are supposed to be performed. I only stopped in because I needed my previous set removed quickly and didn’t have time to drive back to my regular salon in Salem. The pedicure, in particular, was a pleasant surprise, featuring natural ingredients like rose petals 🌹 and fresh fruit 🍉 in the water, which added a lovely touch. I recently visited this salon and was impressed with how clean it was and how friendly the staff were. I got both a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure was great—the technician did a really nice job and took her time. However, I was very disappointed with the manicure. I had it done on Tuesday, and by Thursday, it already looked a week old. The polish application was sloppy, and my cuticles weren’t even shaped or trimmed. For the amount I paid, I did not feel like the service was done to a professional standard and not even close to what I wanted.
