Original review for Stephanie's work still stands. She was lovely and did a great job on the teeth whitening. BE AWARE!! The owners and the staff are not all on the same page regarding what services they offer and pricing for said services. They require deposits for all bookings, but then refused to refund mine, because "I didn't pay the full price". I was told a price by the hairdressers and then paid her in person. They then said this was my fault because I paid in cash. I've attached screenshots of the messages. Also note, this took 2 MONTHS for them to "resolve", with me messaging them and checking my bank account for the refund every other day. What a waste of time. And appalling, unprofessional behavior on their part. Stay away from this place.

absolutely amazing! I cannot even count how many times I went there.. lip blushing (with stephanie), hair color (with rose), white teething (stephanie), keratine (rose)😮‍💨 it’s always good, the environment, the staff, they’re so nice and knowledgeable.. but honestly the lip blushing really got me I’ll let the pictures say it for me :) lip blushing: the day I did and the same week and the hair.. I know, i’m speechless too

Dishonest owner does not refund deposits, then blames staff and customers. False advertising of services offered and misleading prices. Super disappointed with how they handled the situation, stay far, far away from this place

Stephany was super friendly and attentive. The process of my chin criolipo was painless and lasted for half an hour. Will update when I see results in about a month but for now I’m super happy with my treatment.

Absolutely hands down my favorite wax technician ever!!!!! I am definitely not the easiest client to have and Stephanie still gets me smooth and clean. 100/10 definitely recommend for waxers at all levels. Scared to get a wax for the first time? Come see Stephanie, she’ll leave you hairless and make you laugh all at the same time!!!!
