My daughter and I found this place and were so happy we did! They do such a good job and you never really have to wait, they always fit you in. My daughter gets the 3D nails and not many places do them. They do a fantastic job! My dip nails are always really good too!!! Definitely a good place with fair prices. Nina is amazing and is always so gentle and thorough. Absolutely best nail place in bel air!!

My experience was amazing, I got a fill and the shape was perfect, my french tip was beyond perfect and the staff was so polite and considerate. I will definitely be making this my traditional nail spot. Thank you Yeni!

I am so disappointed that I was so mistreated at my last appointment. I really loved coming here when they first opened. The atmosphere and service has truly gone down in the 6months. I’m not sure what changed but it is not good. I don’t see many of the people that use to work there anymore. At my last service the person who gave me my service ripped, literally ripped apart of my toenail off. It bled. I did not complain. During my foot massage she kept pushing a nerve under the bottom of foot it was excutating and it seemed purposely. And then she demanded a tip at the end of the service. I came back two weeks later because my toe had not healed. They told me it was my fault because I have ingrown toenails. (See photo) I just want to know when ingrown started in the middle of your toe. I

I have been going there for a while, but my usual person is no longer there. I’ve never been pleased with the fact that there are TVs on loudly, while the website advertises it as a peaceful spa. Not a spa atmosphere at all. Today not only were the TVs on but the one doing my nails was talking on her Bluetooth the majority of time while the other employees talked continuously back and forth across the room. My nails never got filed. I went home with unfiled raw jagged edges and cuticles that are a mess. I will not return, and am letting those friends that I’ve recommended to go elsewhere

I've been coming to this place for almost 2 years and never had one bad experience. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Mai, Kenny and Vicky are just awesome people. Not only very professional, but they make sure you are happy while you are there and I always feel better after I leave. They never make you wait and if they do because they are busy they communicate it with you. I started making appointments during Covid and they get me in right away. They're just really nice people that are good at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a real 5 star experience. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
