Kaylee is amazing! I was honestly super nervous before my first Brazilian wax, but she instantly made me feel comfortable. She's so calm, kind, and professional. The whole thing ended up being way easier than I thought it would be. I've been seeing her for about a year now—not just for waxing, but for facials too—and I seriously wouldn’t go to anyone else. She really cares and it shows. I recommend her to all of my friends, and quite frankly anyone who will listen. If you want someone who actually makes you feel comfortable and does an amazing job with consistent results, go see Kaylee!

The best spa and tanning salon around! Taylor does an absolute phenomenal job lifting my lashes! I have had multiple spray tans here and I am always so pleased with the outcome! 10/10

I paid the young Lady at the counter (**Who was doing her Nails at the same time...) for what is known as a "Jump"...8 minutes in a regular bed...then 12 minutes in an Ultra Bed. I was advised to throw on a robe between beds which are about 15 ft apart. I Searched Everywhere in my room...NO ROBE! So I put on my long pants. Grabbed my stuff & walked to second room without my shirt as I was about to Jump from one bed to the other...Then She FORGOT to Turn on the Timer on second bed...So I popped my head out & Asked her to Turn On my Ultra Bed! After my second session..as I was walking out...She asked me to ALWAYS Have a Shirt On in the Public areas. .To Keep the Place "Classy!" 🚫 I'm Sorry but a 20yr old doing her Nails instead of insuring the Robes are in each room & paying attention

0 out of 5 I was going to Luxe for an eyelash tint. I left my 3 and 5 yr olds in the car for a 20min process- the AC was on and the doors were locked. They called the police on me!!! Did they mention anything to me- no! Did they let me know it was ok to bring the kids with me-no! In fact, the last two times I was there with my 2 kids I was met with self-righteous indignation and contempt! They do not like kids! So not only did they not say anything to me about their concerns, they took it upon themselves to check on my 2 kids - they said they were fine, in fact having a lot of fun watching a movie - and called the cops while standing next to my car. Their business hours say open until 7 p m. I went there at 6:50 pm & was told I couldn't tan. I think that if they aren't going to take clients at 6:50 pm then they shouldn't post their business hours as 7 pm. Those girls that work there seem to think THEY should leave at 7 pm. That's not how customer service works. They should be prepared to stay later. Tanning only takes 12 mins max anyway. What if they worked in a restaurant. We are opened until 10 pm. If a guest walks in the four at 9:50 pm, we seat them & serve them. We don't say oh.We can't take you because we close at 10. We lock our doors at 10. But we may have a guest in there that's eating until 10:45 pm. That's customer service! You don't turn people away before you're closed. I've been a client and have had an unlimited member
