Luxe Salon and Spa

We waited 30 minutes after our appointment time to be serviced. I left in the booking and reminded the waxer that I had very sensitive skin, but I think it was taken lightly. The photo is an hour after the service, and I did not go through with the full Brazilian I had booked because I was not satisfied with the underarm wax. My underarms were burning for a few hours after the service, and I left with very visible hair still on them. If you have sensitive skin, I would not go here and pay to go through this kind of pain.

My mother recently visited Luxe Salon, where Alexis Brown provided hair services. This is the result of her work. Alexis Brown rescheduled appointments with my mother multiple times, and gave her hot roots, and failed to achieve the correct color. Although she offered to correct my mother's hair, she subsequently refused service due to my mother's inability to accommodate her schedule with minimal notice. Alexis Brown. This place is nice, once you get an appointment scheduled. The online scheduling is a pain in the booty. The first time I made an appointment here (about a year ago) the lady called in a panic to reschedule because she had a doctor appointment (late in the evening?) She wasn't very happy when I wanted to keep around the same later time I had scheduled before, due to my work schedule. But the cut was nice, nothing crazy. The 2nd time I tried to get in recently, I got a text message denying my appointment saying it was already booked. Why keep it up online then? Also no other attempt to try and find a time that worked for both of us. Just simply "That's booked already. Sorry" Think I'm going elsewhere. It's not worth the headache.

Taylor did a great job. He didn’t have any open appointments anymore, I told him I was in a pinch and he took me in and worked after hrs. Couldn’t ask for better service. AND HE LOVES JESUS!

It’s hard to book an appointment here. I think it’s great if you are a contractor here, and get to be your own boss and not even need to respond to potential customers if they reach out, but hard if you are a customer. As a “customer”, you have to request an appointment with an individual contractor. I’ve had multiple times where they simply never respond. Not even a “no,” it’s a non response. It’s not a place you can call and simply book in a normal fashion. After multiple unsuccessful tries simply trying to book an appointment, I have needed to go elsewhere for services
