Luxe nails

This is the third time I have had my nails done at Luxe, and each time it was great. Their customer service is wonderful, the nail techs genuinely care about making sure your nails look exactly the way you want them to. This is by far the best nail salon in White House. At most other nail salons, the quality of work varies by tech, and 9 times out of 10, I would leave feeling disappointed. Not at Luxe! Any tech I have had at Luxe has been amazing; you never have to worry who it is that is doing your nails because they ALL do great work.

I’ve been a loyal client here for many years and have always had great service, which makes this experience especially disappointing. At the end of my last appointment, the owner’s dog urinated on my jacket. While staff and the owner said “sorry,” no attempt was made to offer cleaning, a discount, or any resolution. What made this more upsetting is that the jacket is one-of-a-kind and handmade by my cousin. Accidents happen, but the lack of accountability or professionalism in the moment was shocking and left me feeling undervalued as a long-time customer. Unfortunately, this experience came alongside a recent decline in consistency and attention to detail over my last few visits.

Ive been going here about 6 months now and always leave happy. Staff is great, place is always clean and In my opinion prices are fair. I always book with fa fa , she does my toes and nails but all are great!

Kanha did the best job on my wedding nails! Took her time to make sure I LOVED them!!!

I have been coming to Luxe for a couple of months now and there is nothing bad I have to say. Prices are fair, great atmosphere, always clean, never wait too long, friendly nail techs and the work is alway beautiful and exactly what I asked for. I got my nails done today with Tonya and I am absolutely obsessed! Flawless and super neat. That’s why I drive from the opposite end of Springfield!
