Luxe Nails /waxing/eye lashes/haircut

Went to have gel polish removed and regular polish put on after. Polish looked horrible and bubbly. Asked to have it redone and still was bubbly and sloppy. I started at 4pm and by 7:30 my nails were still wet. I even had my husband pick me up and do everything for me so my nails wouldn’t get messed up. Too many coats and very sloppy. Sorry to say. I wish the results were better. I won’t be going back.

Very upset!!! My daughter got her nails done here. At first I asked about the price lady said first $55 then I went up to her she said with design $60 We said okay fine... tech couldnt do the heart so my daughter its okay we could do letters. At the end we ended up paying $65 Her nail are not long but not surprised that they are empty

I wish I could rate 0 stars!!!! I called before coming and was told they weren’t busy, lies and racism is very noticeable! I came in and sat 20 minutes before someone even came over. A Caucasian man came in after me for a pedicure and was helped immediately! A woman named Joann came in for her 5:00 appointment and was snappy about how long the nail tech Kathy was doing my nails! I’m mixed and definitely not racist, but today I was shown the light with these Vietnamese nail techs! 2 Brazilian ladies came in and were helped immediately! Treat all your customers the same, we spend and have great intentions! At least I did!!!! But screw this….I’m sticking with Star nails and Tipsy nail bar! Learn better service

Cheaper price, and they do such a good job! Really great customer service; the people are very friendly! Definitely recommend :)

I got VERY short nails and for $65 NOT worth it. The man doing my nails was being told by another woman what i wanted and it wasn't even what i asked for. On top of that the place is very unsanitary. Another women was next to me getting her nails done and the woman doing hers needed a certain nail bit so while he's using it on me, stopped took it off, handed it to her, and she put it directly into her machine and started using it on the girl next to me. Nothing is sterilized!!!!! 0/10 recommended
