Came to this salon the day of the winter storm when all the nail salons in the area were closed, and I’m so happy we ran into this nail salon. Tiffany the manager was the only one working and she did a beautiful job on my daughter’s nail who was celebrating her birthday. Tiffany was super sweet and professional. We had a wonderful experience.

I cannot recommend Luxe Nails & Spa enough! I’ve been seeing Ken this entire year and I will absolutely not go anywhere else—this team is exceptional. Ken and the entire staff are incredibly personable. They make every appointment feel relaxing, customized, and truly personalized to the individual they are seeing. They take their time to ensure clients get exactly what they came in for, paying close attention to detail. This little spot is a beautiful hole-in-the-wall gem located in Old Town Alexandria. While it’s a smaller location (six spots each for pedicures and manicures), they manage appointments efficiently, and I highly recommend calling ahead. I’ve been coming to Luxe since I moved to the area 3 years ago. I’ve always found it a good choice for my nails. Dara is my nail technician and she is awesome!! I always leave happy!

I booked an appointment for 11:30 for myself and a friend. We arrived early, checked in, chose our colors, and then waited. Our service didn’t begin until 12:20, and at no point was the delay acknowledged—no apology, explanation, or gesture like a discount. While the nail care itself was thorough, the polish application felt rushed, and the results reflect that. Overall, I’d recommend trying your luck elsewhere.

This is the best salon in Old Town. I’m obsessed with my nails. Ken is so talented and has incredible technique! I’ve never loved my nails more. He was so good about getting 3 of us in quickly and they were so kind and fun! Cannot recommend this place more!
