I’m writing a one star review because I’m very upset about my experience here after not getting my nails done for over two years and being new to the area I asked around what people’s opinions are on a good place. A friend of mine recommended this place so I decided I would call and make an appointment. Everything was going great. I had originally wanted a matte black design which once I got in my car, I figured that that was just not what I liked so I came back in and offered to pay if they could add a clear coat and she said no problem so they added a clear coat When originally doing my heart designs, she didn’t wait to put the clearcoat on that finger and the black smeared. My French manicure was off and overall I just was not happy with my nails. They had given me a card for five dolla

First time visiting this salon. Walked in with no appointment on Sunday evening with my daughter for my pedicure and her acrylic nails. My pedicure process was painless and nicely done. As for my teen daughter’s first acrylic nails, her technician, Hanna was very thorough and did an amazing job with the French tip with powder flower design with the gem. She showed her the design she wanted and she did it exactly that. My daughter’s first acrylic experience was wonderful and she was so happy with her pretty nails. Because Hanna was so thorough and did not rush with my daughter’s nail even though we were the last customers, she offered to do my acrylic nails if I was Interested. I appreciated her not rushing through to get the nails filed, tips On and go through the French tip design to

Came here for a pedicure and a full set, and unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. The woman doing my toes was very aggressive and rough with the metal tools, and my toenails ended up uneven and not smooth. The process felt rushed and uncomfortable. I also got my nails done, but the technician seemed unsure how to do French tips even though I showed a couple of reference pictures. The clear acrylic underneath looks thick and bubbly, and the acrylic doesn’t fully cover my natural nails. When it came time to pay, the staff member was extremely pushy about leaving a tip and stood over me while I was paying, which made the situation really awkward. On top of that, the salon didn’t seem very sanitary. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and was pretty disappointed with the service.
