I came in on a late notice, Mindy was able to take me in and did a fantastic job! I didn’t feel rushed and she made me feel comfortable. It’s spacious inside and very clean! She gave recommendations and really stepped up my original idea. I will be back, definitely gained a new customer.

Love Love them ❤️ I give them hell 🫣always coming right before they close, & they still be like girl come on. I never make appts and they still squeeze me in to see my nail tech. I have nail shops around my area but I rather drive 35 mins to come here🥰 they always get me right. And they fast asl. Ain’t no waiting for 30/40 mins. I was Referred to this salon from a friend of mine. The first time I went Cathy did my nails. They were ok. It’s hard finding a nail tech that does them exactly like you want them. The second time, she gave me an attitude because she thought I was Taking too long to decide the nail color i wanted. The third time, I went I got Kaylie, she did an excellent job but her station is too messy and dirty she doesn’t clean her station after customer dust and nail file dust from last Customer . Also times when I arrived she wasn’t there they said she was at the store. Waited. Then while she’s doing nails she always texting in her phone in the middle of doing your nails gets up comes back. Just unprofessional and salons and stations are not clean . And they are a bit pricey.

Customer service was very nice, but as for my nails, it was overpriced and Underwhelming and I should’ve asked about the prices first, but being that I graduated from cosmetology school, including nail services, I didn’t think what I requested would be that hard to complete or expensive. $70 for a refill? No cut down, minimal rhinestone and one real basic design on ring fingers with one coat of cateye polish. I might have to come back and give Jay a try because everyone is screaming positive things about his services.
