Luxe Nail & Spa

I used to love this place and thought it was the best nail salon in Billerica. Super sweet people. I don't know what changed, maybe staffing issues but I have gone 3 times in the past two months during their open hours, and despite having a sign that says "Walk-ins Welcome", no one was there. Doors locked, lights off, no one answered the phone. I finally got ahold of someone on the phone and made an appt for 3pm for a fill on my acrylics. Got there at 3 and there was 1 nail tech, not even half way done with the person in her chair. I waited 45 minutes because I was there already and didn't want to go somewhere else. Finally she gets to me, and was confused what a "fill" was. I explained the best I could and she seemed to remember. She filed my nails down and then took out Dip powder. I rem

I always get great service from the ladies at Luxe Nails. Ann is so talented. She has replicated every design I have brought to her. I always make sure I get a manicure from there every time I visit my dad, even if it's once a year.

I called the day before for an appointment on a Tuesday night. My appointment was for 5 and I got there 10 minuets early. I get that I'm early, no problem. Times goes on and after an initial "ok it will just be a minuet" I was essentially ignored.... for 40 minuets PAST my appointment time!!! To top off insult to injury a woman came in late to her appointment and they took her right away. I was fed up and called a different nail salon and 5 minuets later I was in getting my nails done. I will never set foot in this place again!

Place is nice and clean. I did it with Ann and i felt it was kind a rushed to finish it. Last time i did it with Elizabeth. She really takes the time to do everything without rush. And does a good job. Would go back only with Elizabeth next time

This place it's called Jophiel PMI Academy, and not a nail salon, and she does eyebrows,great work, however not reliable if after procedure need retouch evaluation.. She disappointed me there..contacted me to say she had a car accident canceled my appointment, never ever again contacted me like she said.
