WHAT SHAPE COMES WITH YOUR SERVICE ANYMORE????? I will not call the store for this visit, but instead say I will never be back! To get charged for this shape—ROUND-an extra $5 (correct it will not break my bank) is absolutely ridiculous!!!! She shortened my nails and also did this! Include the shape in your dang prices! I asked the owner and she said yes $5 extra and last time I didnt charge you for squared round—OK SO I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY EXTRA FOR THAT SHAPE TOO? What is included!!!!!! Yellow is today after i left the salon and pink one was 17 days ago getting them done there! Whats with these extra ridiculous charges! No tips-not long! Not going back! No thank you!

Cindy was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable during my visit. Her skills and care really stood out, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again real soon. Highly recommend

I was a walk in, and was immediately sat down at 4pm on a Saturday. The treatment was great off the bat and I was dressed like a bum. Despite being a walk-in they treated me like a reoccurring customer. My nail tech actually took her time and worked with loving precision, something that I don’t think a lot of walk-in customers get. I did a design (very simple), and if you see my photos, trust me I didn’t realize it looked like an egg in my mind until I saw it on my nails - but honestly? Absolutely hilarious, I’m sending pics of my egg nails to all of my friends. Luxe is close to home and I do plan on returning, but maybe reversing the colors LOL 10/10 recommend

They’re artists! I don’t get my nails done often so I came to the salon with a picture of my dream holo ombré nails as well as back up pictures incase they couldn’t do that. They can do anything you show them a picture of! In fact they can do a better job than the picture you show them. They knew how to pick the perfect nude/pink for my skin tone on the first try. I’m an artist and very particular about how my nails should look, but they proved to know better and be more skilled than I could ever be. They were extremely patient when I asked them to redo a nail, they removed it and started over. the only one who’s name I remember is Vy and she handled my perfectionism with good humor and I could trust her to make my nails perfectly symmetrical on her own. Always the best service! Vivi, the owner, takes a good care of everyone. Her team is amazing. Everything is super clean. Great choice of colors, quick job and my nails always look great!
