Luxe Nail Bar

The absolute worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. We came with a big group who let them know ahead of time how many people we were going to have and they didn’t have enough techs on staff. I was there for a total of 3 hours getting a manicure and a pedicure. Within three days, two of my nails broke. I came from out of town for a family wedding so it’s not like I could go back to get them fixed. My Pointer finger nail also popped completely off, which I tried to glue back on in an attempt to prolong my manicure. It just came back off the next day. I also want to mention I get manicures religiously and even though I work a lot with my hands, I’ve NEVER had nails break completely off like they have with this place. Absolute biggest waste of money and time. Find somewhere else to go

Ryan is amazing! He is so attentive to detail and his massage - thank me later. The team was friendly and kind from check-in to checkout. They made sure we had everything we needed, including refills throughout our time here. I’ve missed good service and high quality pedicures. Now that I’ve found it gain - this is our spot!

Received services from Henry and he was so nice and friendly! Most of all he did quality nails! Love Luxe nail bar, can’t wait to try their new colors on my next visit. Service and nail quality are top notch. Would highly recommend!

I used to come to Luxe every couple weeks for a manicure and pedicure but unfortunately I cannot imagine going back after today. First, the nail tech (I believe her name was Vain) hacked at and dremeled my cuticles till they bled. Then she wasn’t covering my whole nail with the polish on some fingers but made a mess of others and was constantly rubbing acetone in my bloody cuticles to clean up the nail. When she asked if it hurt I said yes it hurt a lot and she blamed my dry cuticles and said it wasn’t her fault. I was visibly in pain so she rushed through the top coat so it is patchy and looks horrible. When I went to check out the receptionist was appalled at my experience and initially said I didn’t have to pay. She called the manager to get the okay not to charge me and he said no but

Aaron was amazing! Very detail oriented and produced a beautiful set in a timely manner! Will be rebooking with him!
