I had been coming to this salon for about a year and was always satisfied with the results. I consistently worked with the same technician, who did a great job following my directions and understanding exactly how I wanted my nails done. However, during my last visit, I was assigned a young technician who didn’t speak English. Unfortunately, my nails ended up much shorter than I wanted, the design wasn’t what I requested, and the lengths were uneven. She was very sweet, so I decided not to say anything at the time. On my most recent visit, I had another inexperienced technician who pretended to understand English but clearly didn’t. She had difficulty following my requests and expressed frustration by talking in another language to the other technician and then to the manager or owner. T

I’ve been to so many nail salons, but 🌸 BELLA 🌸 is different. I can be very picky about my nails, and she never rushes me—not even once. She listens so carefully, understands exactly what I want, and somehow always makes it even better than I imagined. Whether I ask for fancy nails or something simple, I fully trust 💎 BELLA’S 💎 choice because at the end I always love the result. BELLA at Luxe Nails is one of the BEST nail techs they have. She makes sure you are satisfied with her work. She does amazing creative designs, whether you want something for season or something classy. Her precision never fails. Her work is PERFECTION. She's always very sweet and professional. She takes pride in the work she does. I have been going to her for the past 3 -4 years and she has never done nothing but EXCEPTIONAL work. Also, Mimi is one of the best at eyelash extensions. I’m back with another review :). I just love this place. Just look how Bella and Mary did my nails and toes absolutely Amazing. If you guys aren’t coming to this nails place you are missing out. These wonderful ladies always get me right. Also they remember me from last time when I came months ago. Mary did hot rocks and hot rags on my legs. I felt like I got brand new legs. Thank you! for the amazing service and making sure I’m well taken care of. I highly recommend the deluxe VIP pedicure. Thank you guys again.
