My nail technician was incredibly detailed and patient, taking her time to shape, prep, and polish my nails to perfection. The owner was really nice! Loved that they had drinks for customers, I thought complimentary..? I asked for a full set of acrylics with French tips. They came out really nice, but I felt like there was a rush of service towards the end. I was really surprised to be charged $88… I’ve never paid that much for acrylics with French tips ever, I get the same length every time I get it done- though this was my first time here so I’m genuinely confused. What else was I being charged for? The owner in the beginning made me want to make it my regular place to come when I’m in Pa, though the price made it a definite no.

My first time being at this salon. Can say i’m highly satisfied with my experience. They offer wine and water, friendly faces, and a wide range of options. Beautiful setting and music. If you want your nails to look like mine, personally go to Tom. Thanks Luxe Nail Bar for the amazing service.🤍

I used to like this salon until Sunday. I got a manicure and pedicure that has already started chipping Monday. My nails were poorly painted. During my service, she never clipped my nails or scrubbed my feet. She also made me pay before she painted my nails. I called on Monday and left a voicemail stating that I would like to come in Tuesday (today) to get them fixed and I was polite about it. Nobody called me back, so I called up the salon this afternoon. The woman left me on hold for a few minutes while I sat there knowing she was never going to pick back up, so i hung up. I tried calling back over 6 times and the line was off the hook. When I finally got through, the woman was letting out big sighs at me when I said I’d like my nails fixed. Wonderful! From the second I walked in the door I felt at home. Lynn provides excellent customer service. She is friendly, attentive and funny. You can tell she is dedicated to providing a great experience. I was very pleased with my pedicure and then Lisa did an amazing job on my nails. The salon is clean with a positive and relaxing ambiance. I highly recommend this nail salon.
