I LOVE Luxe Looks salon and La’Rhonda has been my stylist for the past two years. This young stylist is not only professional and great at her craft, but she is a beautiful person. I’ve had my hair short, long, and in between. It’s been cut, braided, and in tracks and no matter the style, it’s been beautiful. I usually don’t spend more than 2 hours in the salon and La’Rhonda is still able to be attentive to all her clients. Every stylist in that salon is friendly & professional and it’s like family. Here at Luxe Looks we are a family. Our staff is amazing. We all are honest hard working professional women. We truely take pride in our work and the comfort of our customers. We are very consistent with our clients. However we all know that not everyone will be pleased but as long as you know you've giving 100 percent in your task you'll never have to second guess yourself. This shop customer service was wonderful !! I usually don't write reviews but this place deserved one ! I had just went to salon christol and paid 235 for color , partial perm , and cut. I walked out and still didn't even like my hair and the lady who did my hair made it seem like it was a big deal that I wanted her to change it. But anyways I was looking for a salon to help me grow my hair back out and keep it up and I went into the salon and it felt homey . I had been to a couple of salons that day and Michelle was the only one who touched my hair and actually had a concern for my hair and not just my money. She was excellent and my hair came out great. And I will be going back and referring her business. I would recommend this salon to any and everybody I know the prices are reasonable

I went to this shop three times and was serviced by LaRhonda. I was a walk-in client. The first time she took my weave out, dyed my hair, added a few tracks, trimmed, and relaxed my hair for $150.00 w/tip. I didn't leave it in long because the tracks were huge and right in the front of my head so they were hard to cover after a week. I went back in two weeks and she set my hair on rods. The curls were extremely tight and my hair looked like a small afro. The third week when I arrived to the shop at my appointment time she had left the shop to go to TJMaxx and had to be called from another stylist there working to come back to the salon, after knowing I was on the way. Had a scheduled appt and was 5 min away when the young lady canceled. I went here about 5-6 yrs ago and started my locks went back to find she up and left. I will not be s customer of this establishment due to the inconsistency and unprofessional staff
