What a superb experience! Lia is the consummate professional, very knowledgable and kind. Equipment is top of the line. Support small, local businesses! I cannot recommend this spot enough. My experience with bigger, multi-location medispas (which I'll leave unnamed) is that they obfuscate their pricing and use aggressive sales techniques. Lia, on the other hand, was totally upfront about package options and prices, and worked with me to find a plan that worked right for my budget and need. You won't regret it!

I was excited to book a session, however I reached out several times via phone and email inquiring about the type of certification/licensure of the technician and have not gotten any response. Hopefully the communication issues can be resolved because this would be a great addition to Kuna!
