This was my first experience having my brows done professionally and I was very nervous. I booked a 7am appointment on a day that turned out to be full of rain and bad weather and expected my service to be affected due to this but I was wrong; Kennedy sent me a text early in the morning before I arrived wishing me a safe travel and assured me that everything was on track. When I arrived she was extremely professional, warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I was concerned because I always felt that I had thin brows that were hard to work with but she managed to make them look very neat and pretty with a brow lamination and they turned out exactly how I wanted them.
