Luxe head spa / Japanese head spa rockford il

I was so excited to try the Japanese head spa and left really disappointed with my experience. I bought the Ultimate Luxury package for $175. I was expecting a relaxing experience. What I experienced was aggressive scrubbing of my head with shampoo for an excessive amount time. It got to the point that my scalp was starting to hurt and I was wondering if I had scratches on my head with blood. When conditioner was applied, it was the same treatment. There was no relaxing scalp massage. Everything was rough and aggressive. The conditioner was washed off of my hair almost immediately. I though that I would have had a mask soak on my hair with a hot towel and a nice relaxing head massage. Instead, my hair was knotted when the treatment was over and I was afraid that my hair was going

They were so wonderful with my daughter and her cousins. They all had the Japanese head spa & got permanent Jewelry. I recommend luxe 100/100.. and the ladies gave them a rose for Valentine’s Day & cupcakes

I took my little one for her birthday and she had the time of her life. She loved every moment of it. Eli made sure my little one was comfortable and was very sweet with her throughout the whole session. We will be coming back.

The ladies at Luxe Head Spa are phenomenal at what they do!! We were on our way to Galena for a short trip and my daughter and I booked the mom/daughter head spa package. It was so incredible!!! The room was beautiful and so relaxing! We both enjoyed our massage and experience 100%! We’ve continued to talk about how nice it was all day! We also got the hair dry and it left our hair silky smooth! Our visit was so great and we wish we lived closer, we would return for sure!! If you live near Rockford and haven’t visited, you are missing out!! Thank you Luxe for a great start to our relaxing mini vacation! 🥰
