I have written a review about the curling lashes kit. A quick summary I bought so I can curl my straight lashes BUT the forms to put on the lids were why to big for my lids. I never used the product. I sent them a picture of how it fits. They refused to provide with a full refund. They said only 30% refund. I called Discover card and explained everything. They investigated and today I received a letter that I’m wrong. How can I be wrong and recharge my account with interest. Nowhere in Luxe return policy say 30% refund. They refused the refund and I’m stuck with a product I can’t use. Luxe sent me an email regarding that calling Discover to credit back my account is bad business for Luxe. We’ll to bad! So I saw this place on social media and decided to visit because I’m from Cleveland and not familiar with any hair store in Lorain. The store has a nice selection of products. Cleveland has a ton of great hair stores but Luxe is the only one in Lorain I feel like meets the standard of a great hair store. Also not a lot of hair store options either on this side of town. Sales are great and the staff is friendly and they don’t over price. First time I went they gave me a gift bag and it had some cute stuff in it. Overall I found what I was looking for got a great deal and staff was very friendly and helpful. Y’all check them out.
