It's been a week since I had my hair braided with Kanisha, and it still looks amazing! She did a fantastic job and has been incredibly helpful with all my questions about maintaining my style. She truly listens to your requests and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. If you have a picture of a style you’re aiming for, Kanisha will make sure to replicate it perfectly. The attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction are evident in every visit. I book with lux beauty box every time I need my hair done! I first came to get a traditional sew in and it was such a good experience <3 Owner is very nice and does her best to accommodate to you and your styling preferences, I trust her with everything!! They are also very upfront about prices and appointment times so I’m never caught off guard with anything! Absolutely love it here !!

Kanisha has been my go to since I started doing protective styles! I was very new to it all and felt like I had no idea what I was doing but kanisha has always been so kind and welcoming! She is willing to help/teach her clients and make sure we leave feeling confident every single time. Her booking process is very easy and she gives you all the details to avoid any confusion. Update Review: As you can see from the owner’s response to multiple people I’m not even affiliated is extremely unprofessional, unexpected and condescending. An opinion is an opinion, and that’s what reviews are for, people’s opinion. I could care less than about any unnecessary or necessary individual to defame them directly or indirectly. This business although black owned is truly trash with a capital T. And I highly suggest you go to someone who is actually value for your money. Not someone who overcharges you for hair falling out the next day, and keeps your deposit when they scheduled your appointment incorrectly. I highly suggest Marie Pauline in Danvers, money back guaranteed if your hair doesn’t come up beautifully. It’s an amazing African Owed Establishment, and is half the price
