Luxe Beauty Bar is hands down the nicest and cleanest salon in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much care and pride they take in their space. The salon is spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with lush plants everywhere — it looks amazing and feels incredibly calming. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, almost like being at home. Everyone has such happy, positive attitudes, and it truly makes a difference in the overall experience. I reached out to The salon at to fix a haircut that I have received somewhere else. They gave me the direct phone number of the hairstylist. I was wanting to connect with due to the reviews online. I sent her a message as soon as the salon gave me her personal phone number. I texted on a Monday and by Friday, I haven’t heard back from Jayda. I texted the salon phone number again and let them know she never responded to me And they didn’t even have the decency to respond back either. They have 4.9 stars in the Google reviews. I figured I would get some sort of good communication with the problem I was needing fixed. As a business standpoint, what a poor way to treat a new client wanting to get in at their salon.
