I’m new to the area and was nervous to try somewhere new, but Luxara Salon completely won me over! I’ve been back a few times now and have loved my experience every single time. The salon is always super clean, aesthetic, and so well kept. Mai does my nails and she’s THE BEST — so detailed and cares about how they turn out! Kim did my pedicure and she’s so fun to talk with! I honestly don’t understand how anyone could leave a negative review — every visit has been amazing. Yes, it feels like everything is so expensive these days, but knowing I’m getting great service, beautiful results, and a clean, professional salon makes it absolutely worth it. I’m so glad I found Luxara!! 🤍

I had a pedi and mani last week! Riley did an amazing job with my pedi! Literally the best massage and care went into my pedi. I will definitely be back!

Service was good, staff were pleasant, however they are ultimately overpriced. I looked at their prices before I received my services, asked questions and gave my request. I requested a child’s mani and pedi with gel polish, and an adult mani and pedi with gel polish. The service was good and my daughter enjoyed it. What I didn’t expect was the $218 price! As I stated I talked to the hostess who greeted us. The nail tech who provided our services and checked us out informed me that they charge adult prices for children 10 and under getting the gel polish with the kids mani and pedi. I made her aware that the hostess did not inform of that and there was no indication on the menu price that they would be charged as such. I am beyond upset. $108 and these are my nails and toes. Grandma cut my big toe nail crooked, and my nails are an absolute wreck. I am so unhappy I will not go back. I told them before I left and she said “let me file it”. FILE WHAT?! 0/10.

It was ok, they didn’t even put lotion and give a massage after completing my nails. It’s overpriced my opinion. I could go to Charlotte for the same price and have a better experience to be honest. Technician was nice, just not what I expected with that price. Will not go back again myself.
