Clean studio, and Helena made me feel comfortable since it was my first time at this location. The service was painless, and best of all, she doesn’t use tweezers unless you specifically want her to get every stubborn hair. I really appreciated that and will definitely be coming back.

I love Helena. She's a hard working professional and her business is always immaculate. However, what truly makes her better than the rest is her warm personality and her easy-going nature. She truly radiates kindness! I look forward to my appointments (which is insane, haha). But it's because I always walk away feeling happy. Not just with the service, but also with the conversation. Helena is quick yet thorough with her waxing services and I typically experience very little pain. I also appreciate how she's helped me understand + take better care of my skin with practical no-frills advice. Again....it speaks to her level of professionalism and integrity. She's a gem.

I've been going to Helene for over a year and not only is she extremely good at what she does, she's a fabulous human being. I originally chose her because she was one of the only providers that had a photo where she was smiling and that made me feel like she'd be one of the friendlier waxing providers and I was RIGHT! Waxing is one of the few things I do for myself and I wanted to have it done by someone that would take good care of me. Helene is the real deal and I highly recommend her and Lux Wax Studio for anyone's waxing needs.
